Getting a facial now and then is not enoughto keep your skin clear and beautiful. It is absolutely necessary to have a great home skin-care routine. Some everyday habits you need to keep your skin beautiful are:

1. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables and leafy green. Good nutrition is the basic building block of healthy skin.

2. Drink plenty of filtered water every day. ( 8 - 8oz glass is good)

3. Quit habits that damage you skin like smoking, excessive drinking, too much exposure to the sun , tanning booths.

4. Use quality products that are right for your skin type.Not all products are created equal.

5. Get a home facial at least once a week.
